at Holly's Pilates Village in Louisville, Kentucky.

Customized Approach

NOTE: All new clients must undergo a 3-part scoliosis assessment, which includes 3 60-minute sessions,

a detailed spinal curvature analysis, and movement strategies to use in and out of the studio.

The cost for this 3-part series is $375 + tax.

Scolio-Pilates® uses evidence-based movement techniques to help you elongate, reduce compression, and find ease of movement in your spine. With Scolio-Pilates®, you will learn a tailored program for managing your scoliosis using this progression:

Breathe: Corrective breathing techniques will open up areas of ribs and lungs that are constrained due to scoliosis;

Elongate: Use breath and exercises to reach your spine towards a longer, taller you;

Correct the Rotation: Special Scolio-Pilates wedges put you in charge of your curves and bring you a little closer to center;

Strengthen: Use your newfound length and de-rotation to strengthen your spine in its new alignment.

Scolio-Pilates® can help you create a neuro-muscular new normal! We understand scoliosis pain and frustration. We’ve been there ourselves. That’s why it feels so good to tell you that there is hope. You can do this. And we’ve got your back.
