Developed by Dr. Belinda Beck at The Bone Clinic in Australia, this evidence-based program also strengthens muscles, improves balance, and restores confidence so you can remain independent and healthy.

Please note that we do not accept insurance. However, we do accept Health Savings Accounts, if your company approves ONERO™ Louisville as an accepted expense for reimbursement. You are responsible for submitting a Certificate of Medical Necessity to your provider for approval.

ONERO™ classes are limited to 6 participants to ensure personalized coaching and attention. We will continue to add new classes to the schedule based on demand.
The Process:
All participants must start with a 50-minute private session with Dr. Andrea Rothgerber. During the session, she will explain and demonstrate the core exercises, review your medical history related to osteopenia or osteoporosis, and complete baseline strength and balance testing for future comparison. Clients with prior experience in barbell movements like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses may be ready to join ONERO™ classes soon after their first session. Other clients may need additional private sessions with Dr. Rothgerber to ensure that they have the necessary coordination, spatial awareness, range of motion, and pelvic and abdominal control to participate in the group lifting routines.
Men Get Osteoporosis Too!
Although women are at greater risk, osteoporosis can cause broken bones in older men too. As many as 1 in 4 men over age 50 is at risk for an osteoporosis-related fracture. Men are also more likely to die within a year from problems related to hip fracture.
