New Pilates Teacher, Classes, and Workshops!

We are so excited to welcome Sabrina Hannah to our Pilates teaching team. Sabrina completed her comprehensive Pilates certification under the direction of Pilates Master Teacher Trainers Holly Holland, Teresa Willis, and Jodey Lowber.

Sabrina also has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a PhD in food science and technology. She is currently a technical director at GE Appliances, a Haier Company.  She and her husband Jared have three sons.

Sabrina discovered Holly's Pilates Village while searching for a way to treat her injuries. As a teacher, she has a passion for helping clients recover from their own injuries by learning healthy movement through the Pilates repertoire.

New Sunday Class and Other Class Changes!

We've added a class to our Sunday offerings. Join Jodey Lowber for Pilates Equipment at 1 p.m. This All-Levels class will often be conducted primarily on Reformers, but will also incorporate the Cadillacs (or Springboards), Wunda Chairs, and pine Correctors (Pilates Arcs). The class will enable students to progress comfortably through the Pilates repertoire while refining the foundational exercises. The pace is suitable for those who have no restrictive health issues and have specifically been readied for group class work, as well as continuing students who are preparing for the greater pacing and challenge of intermediate classes.

Join Holly Holland for Pilates Flow, Level 1.5, on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. This class replaces the Pilates Fundamentals class and will be taught at a moderate pace to allow participants to refine concentration, control and breath while moving fluidly through an exercise sequence. Equipment will vary. This class is a great choice for both those who have just completed Intro-level training, as well as more experienced students wishing to deepen their practice.

Physical Therapist KC Coninx, director of our ONERO program, will lead a new workshop, Gut Health and Pain – Further Exploration, Thursday, May 28 at 1 p.m. This class builds on an earlier session that KC led last month, but prior attendance at that class is not required nor necessary to benefit. In this workshop, KC will share practical therapeutic strategies to help you make meaningful changes to your diet so you can restore your microbial balance.

The workshop is $34 or 1 Pilates Group Class.

Welcome to June!
