The Buff Bones classes at Holly's Pilates Village are fantastic for everyone, bone density issues or not. Teresa rocks! What I most appreciate is the personal attention, even in a class of 6 participants. I know I am getting the greatest benefit from the class because Teresa is constantly monitoring each of us for correct alignment. The vibe at Pilates Village is welcoming and fun. Thanks for helping me continue to be active and fit!

Hi. My name is Sue Albright.
A couple of years ago, I called Holly, and asked her on the telephone about this "Buff Bones" program that I heard she was having at Holly's Pilates Village. We talked for a long time and she invited me to come in. I worked with her for a while, and then I've been working with other people in the studio. It isn't just amazing -- I couldn't hardly go up and down my basement steps when I first started 'cause I've had two hip surgeries. And now, I can go up and down those steps without even thinking about it, and I can carry my grandson up and down those steps. It's just really amazing, the difference in two years. And it's not like it's all that hard. It's just incremental and steady progress. I'm so grateful for Holly and all the people here at the studio.
