Bone Strong Pilates for Osteoporosis is a full-body workout for bone strengthening, balance, and stamina. It integrates Pilates, strength training, and functional movement
to improve the health and longevity of your bones and joints.
We have Level 1 classes for beginners and those who enjoy a slower pace, and Level 2 classes for those who are more experienced and ready for more progressive work. Classes are available 7 days a week, with virtual and in-studio options
