"I can't say enough how much I'm getting out of the class! My back feels soooo much better, and I"m able to bring some of the ideas and movements into daily life, like driving down the interstate and standing, and on and on. I feel stronger and less prone to injuring myself. I'm more conscious of how I move. Thanks so much for your excellent and patient teaching and guidance."

"Hi, my name is Sue Albright.

A couple of years ago, I called Holly, and asked her on the telephone about this "...Bones" program that I heard she was

having at Holly's Pilates Village. We talked for a long time and she invited me to come in. It isn't just amazing -- I couldn't hardly go up and down my basement steps when I first started 'cause I've had two hip surgeries. And now, I can go up and down those steps without even thinking about it, and I can carry my grandson up and down those steps. It's just really amazing, the difference in two years. And it's not like it's all that hard. It's just incremental and steady progress. I'm so grateful for Holly and all

the people here at the studio."
